Full course description
In the Leadership Badge, students examine the fundamental abilities required to successfully influence and/or guide members of an organization, society, or team. Through a series of pre‐readings, activities, and an interactive workshop, participants will understand how to be an effective leader and how to customize and refine this skill set to support the individuals with whom they are directly working. The Innovation Creativity badge is issued by the University of North Florida's Blackstone LaunchPad.
Earning Criteria
To earn this badge, participants must:
- Complete preliminary materials, view content videos and resources and engage in course activities.
