The badge demonstrates an enhanced socio-cultural awareness of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and trauma, emphasizing trauma-sensitive considerations for the classroom. Furthermore, it symbolizes heightened self and social awareness, and a dedicated commitment to fostering healing-centered, anti-oppressive educational environments.

Participants must complete all 6 checkpoints to earn the badge.
